Our service department specializes in Volkswagen vehicles of every model year, including gas models and the all-electric ID.4 and ID. Buzz. If you drive another make, call our service team at 361-260-1301 to confirm the work you need.
Why should I service my Volkswagen at a dealership?
Our factory-trained technicians use Volkswagen diagnostic equipment, follow factory procedures and install Genuine Volkswagen Parts. Dealer service also lets us complete warranty repairs, recalls and VW Carefree Scheduled Maintenance, which must be performed at an authorized Volkswagen dealership.
What is VW Carefree Scheduled Maintenance?
Model year 2020 and newer Volkswagen vehicles include the manufacturer-recommended 10,000- and 20,000-mile scheduled maintenance services for the first 2 years or 20,000 miles (whichever occurs first) at no additional charge. Services must be performed at an authorized Volkswagen dealer, and tire rotations are not included. Learn more about Carefree Maintenance.
Can you service a vehicle I did not buy at Volkswagen of Corpus Christi?
Yes. We welcome Volkswagen owners no matter where the vehicle was purchased, and warranty and recall work can be performed at any authorized Volkswagen dealership.
How do I schedule a service appointment?
Schedule service online at any time or call our service department at 361-260-1301 during service hours.
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
Not with ServiceXpress. Essential maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements and battery checks can be completed without an appointment, and every visit includes a no-charge multi-point inspection.
What are your service department hours?
Our service department is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our parts department is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Both are closed Sunday.
How often should I change my Volkswagen’s oil?
Most recent Volkswagen models call for an oil change every 10,000 miles or 1 year, whichever occurs first, but intervals vary by engine and model year. Check your USA Warranty and Maintenance booklet or our maintenance menu. South Texas heat, towing and stop-and-go driving are good reasons to have fluids checked between services.
Will I receive an estimate before work begins?
Yes. Our service advisors explain recommended work and provide an estimate, and additional repairs are not performed without your approval.
Do you offer alternate transportation while my vehicle is serviced?
Ask about alternate transportation options when you schedule your appointment. Availability varies, so it is best to request it in advance by calling 361-260-1301.
Do you use Genuine Volkswagen Parts?
Yes. Our technicians use Genuine Volkswagen Parts engineered for your vehicle’s fit, performance and safety standards.

Yes. Shop our online parts store, browse Volkswagen accessories, or call our parts department at 361-271-0136.
Where can I buy tires for my Volkswagen?
